Cromwell Pop Up - Front 2018-04-13Welcome to our next special dinner date in collaboration with Four Gables Food Academy. Here is our delicious three course menu choice for April 13th.  Each course has the option of a glass of carefully matched wine if you opt for the wine flight. The food will be described by chef Andy at the start of the event – he really is passionate about his food creations.

  • Charred English asparagus, soft poached duck egg and truffled Hollandaise sauce and pea shoots (v)
    (wine: Pouilly-Fumé ‘Les Griottes’ 2016 Jean-Pierre Bailly)
  • Roasted rump of spring lamb, garlic crushed Jersey royal potatoes, baby vegetables, grilled spring onions and a mint jus
    (wine: Pinot Noir Domaine de Valmoissine 2014 Louis Latour)
    or
    Mushroom & Blue Cheese Pithivier, garlic crushed Jersey royal potatoes, baby vegetables, grilled spring onions and a thyme cream (v)

  • Warm Milk Chocolate Fondant with Berry compote and Strawberry Ice cream
  • Coffee and petit fours

£40 per head, or £50 if you would like the wine flight – a carefully selected glass of wine with each course.

Wines, craft beers, soft drinks and waters will also be available to all of our guests should you prefer.
