Cromwell Coffee House hosted our first Pop Up Restaurant on Thursday 23rd November 2017.
Wonderful food with a matched wine flight of superb wines along with craft beers was thoroughly enjoyed by all the guests.
Four Gables Food Academy provided the food and table service in such a professional manner.
The menu included Supreme of Red legged Partridge, almond puree and crispy Parma ham, Salad of winter beets, goats curd and dandelion, Roasted fillet of Peterhead cod, spiced pumpkin puree, buttered spinach and sauté wild mushrooms and Jerusalem artichokes served with a smoked garlic jus and bacon crisp, Lemon Sorbet ‘limoncelo’, with Mulled wine poached pear with dark chocolate ganache, popping candy and poire William sorbet as the dessert (see photo).
